These two numbers are free, confidential telephone services offering health advice or general health information from a Registered Nurse, free service 24 Hours a day, 7 days a Week. The Nurse is a qualified health professional who can assess your symptoms and help you decide whether to care for yourself, make an appointment with your doctor, go to a clinic, contact a community service or go to a hospital emergency room.

There are also a number of Walk-in Clinics on Danforth Ave and surrounding areas. If your condition is urgent and if you are unable to see us you may choose to attend a walk-in clinic. Please collect a copy of your medical record from them after your visit, and remember to bring it to your next family doctor appointment.
